Eight Steel Tubes, Four in the Deck and Four in the Base:
The tubes sit in moulded channels inside the deck and the base rather than being fixed to the outside, so the reinforcement is protected from impact and from wash water. Four tubes in the deck stiffen the load face against point loads; four in the base carry the span between racking beams.
Slotted Deck with a Continuous Load Face :
The deck uses long slots and rows of small perforations instead of a fully open grid, so cartons, sacks and small parts sit on a continuous surface rather than bridging open cells. Drainage and airflow are retained, which matters in cold stores and wash-down areas.
Four-Way Entry:
Forks can enter from either the 1200 mm or the 1000 mm face, so a loaded pallet can be picked from whichever side is clear rather than being repositioned first. In dense storage and at loading docks this removes a handling step from every movement.
