Product Features
Material: Made of brand new HDPE high-density polyethylene material, it is resistant to high and low temperatures, corrosion and moisture, strong and pressure resistant, food-grade, environmentally friendly and recyclable.
Diamond Lattice Deck Panels:
The deck is divided into four quadrant panels of diamond lattice set within a surrounding grid. The lattice stiffens each panel in two directions without thickening the section, so the deck resists point loads from machine parts and castings without deflecting into the openings below.
Dynamic Load of 1500 kg :
The pallet carries 1500 kg while being moved by forklift or pallet truck, against 1000 kg for the open grid version of the same footprint. Where a unit load exceeds one tonne, this removes the need to split the load across two pallets or to revert to a timber pallet with steel corner plates.
Eight Steel Tubes, Four in the Deck and Four in the Base:
Steel tubes sit in moulded channels inside the deck and the base, protected from impact and from wash water. Four tubes in the deck stiffen the load face against point loads; four in the base carry the span between racking beams, which is where a rackable pallet usually fails first.
Full Perimeter Base with Four-Way Entry:
The base is a closed frame of two longitudinal and two transverse runners rather than a set of separate feet, so forks enter from all four sides and the underside is supported along continuous members. A framed base resists twisting better than a nine-leg design, which matters when a loaded pallet is dragged across a dock or pushed onto a roller conveyor.
Rigid Frame for Conveyor and Racking Service: Because the four runners are joined into one frame, the underside cannot splay or settle independently at each support point. On roller and chain conveyors this keeps the pallet tracking straight, and on racking beams it keeps the load distributed evenly across both beams rather than concentrated where a foot happens to land.
