Relevant departments will establish a disposable plastic tray recycling network and require sales units to pay a recycling and disposal fee. Units that produce and sell disposable plastic trays can organize tray collection, but they must be delivered to locations designated by the Municipal Urban Management and Environmental Sanitation Bureau and cannot be discarded arbitrarily.
