Foldable plastic crates, through optimized materials and structural design, excel in waterproofing, corrosion resistance, and space utilization, making them particularly suitable for scenarios requiring frequent handling or long-term storage.

Foldability is the core innovation of these crates. By incorporating foldable hinges on the sides, the empty crate can be folded to one-third of its original height, significantly reducing storage space requirements. For example, a crate with an unfolded height of 50 cm requires only 15 cm of vertical space when folded. The stacking design utilizes protruding buckles on the top and recessed grooves on the bottom for stable stacking, allowing for up to 11 layers to be stacked, with each layer capable of supporting customized loads. This design ensures stability during transportation while facilitating efficient use of vertical space in the warehouse.
