Product Features
- Material: Typically made from high-impact, durable thermoplastics Polypropylene (PP). These materials offer excellent resistance to impact, moisture, chemicals, and temperature variations, ensuring a long service life.
1)Rigid ribbed body - the walls stay flat under load:
Wall panels are ribbed on the outside and framed by moulded corner posts, so the sides do not bow when the box is full. A box that bulges no longer stacks squarely, and that is how bulk containers fail in service.
2)Lid included, and it is the stacking platform:
The lid seats over the rim, sheds rain splash and keeps dust and light out, and its moulded recesses take the box above. Loaded boxes stack as a block instead of balancing on top of the contents.
3)Separate skid base, fork entry on all four sides:
The black base is its own impact-modified moulding with replaceable feet and fork pockets front, back and both ends. Confined aisles stop being a routing problem.

FAQ
Q: Is the lid included, and does it keep water out?
A: Yes, the lid is included and seats over the rim, with moulded channels that shed rain splash and a recess that carries the box stacked above. It keeps out dust, splash and light, which is enough for covered yards and open trailers. It is not a hermetic seal - for outdoor storage in driving rain, or for powders and liquids, use a liner bag inside the box, which we can supply with the order.
Q: Is it suitable for food, and for powders?
A: The box is moulded from food-grade PP with closed inner panels, so residue does not lodge in the ribbing, and it takes hot water, detergent and standard disinfectant. The standard walls are slotted for ventilation, so powders and small granules need a liner bag - or specify the solid-wall version, which has no slots at all and is the one we recommend for flour, sugar and fine chemicals.
Q: Can I replace parts, or add castors?
A: Yes to all three. Walls and feet are separate mouldings and are replaced individually with basic tools, so damage to one panel does not scrap the box. A set of four braked swivel castors can be fitted at the factory or supplied later.
